Fax Zero puts an ad on the coverpage, but considering it's a free fax, that's no biggie. You can fax anything you type and you can fax an attached document (MS Word, etc) of up to three pages long.

If NBC ends up with a stack of faxes that costs us nothing, I'd say that's a good thing.
