A Big Thanks to All

Well, it's "official" - Journeyman is no more.

You can find out more at including a message from show creator Kevin Falls.

There's still a DVD release left to fight for (let's face it, it would be awesome to get a full blown DVD release), so keep sending e-mails and post cards asking for a DVD release!

We gave it a great try, and thank you to everyone that helped with this. I'd love to take some credit for the efforts, but I don't deserve any. It was the efforts of all of the people who dedicated themselves on a daily basis that deserve the thanks. They made this thing a reality, and turned a whim into something that was well beyond what I could have expected.

I do have around $250 remaining (potentially more - I still need to do some cleaning up of the numbers). The best option I see right now is to donate the money to a worthy charity, but please post a comment if you have any suggestions.

I'll probably post a poll soon about it, and be sure to spread the word so that we can come up with something good. If you have any idea how the money could go towards something related to getting Journeyman on DVD that would be great, too, but I'm reluctant to use the funds for something that won't ultimately go to charity (like a newspaper ad) since people donated under the assumption the money would also go to a good cause.

If people think one last Rice A Roni shipment with a request for a DVD relase would be a good idea, I'm all for whatever everyone thinks is best!

Again, thank you all for your hard work and dedication to Journeyman. It was a fun ride, and our Journeys with Dan Vasser will never be forgotten!

Happy April!

Hey gang! Long time, no see! So sorry for my lack of updates. I've been busy with this and that. Donations have slowed down somewhat, of course that's to be expected, though. I have a few more donations that I haven't yet added to the list, so hang in there.

If you have any news items or important things that need to be brought to my attention, please comment or shoot me an e-mail.

There were (apparently) a few reports of some refused shipments by NBC on or around February 14th... I just wanted to let everyone know that none of the bulk shimpents I sent were refused other than those ones way back that I then re-ordered, so I'm of the opinion that occasionally someone in the NBC mailroom flakes out and refuses a shipment. Probably some clueless intern. I would recommend re-mailing your package if this happens.

If you haven't already, please be sure to sign up at the forums, where you guys can coordinate any further efforts! It's probably the easiest way to stay current on all the news and to get involved. Link:

Donations have been updated. Total is now $4,507! I placed a new order and will update the totals and tracking numbers when it ships.

If there's any urgent info, please comment or e-mail me. Thanks!

Hey gang! Sorry for taking so long to update the donations. I'm going to be placing a new Rice-A-Roni order this weekend hopefully, and I'll update the totals soon. Thanks!

Few tidbits

1) City Harvest has clarified and they've received something like 1600 boxes. That's more like it... Still definitely less than NBC has received by now, but sometimes it takes time for the process to complete. The boxes have to arrive at the mail room, be sorted, and then delivered/picked up by City Harvest and/or any other charities that may be getting packages. Plus, some packages may have been damaged, and those could end up getting discarded for safety reasons. Anyway, bottom line is that hopefully everything that NBC gets is going to worthy causes.

2) As for the totals, we're now at close to $4,300 in donations. Not bad... I never thought we'd pass $1,000.

A few more tracking numbers from recent shipments (UPS):

Just FYI, they contain gift notes to Jeff Zucker: "TO: Jeff Zucker FROM: JOURNEYMAN fans. Please renew Journeyman. Please fight for good TV."

3) Journeyman "won" the poll at

41% of the 12,000+ votes went to Journeyman. Cool.

4) (a website owned by NBC and FOX) has put up episodes of Journeyman, after they were taken off of Sign up for the beta, if you haven't already, and then go to the Journeyman page to watch the episodes.
